When used with the IMSS Patrol Bag the Intermediate Cold Weather Sleeping Bag is placed inside the IMSS Patrol Bag to form the Extreme Cold Weather Sleeping Bag. When used with the Gore-tex Bivy Woodland Camo or ACU Digital Camo it forms the Extreme Cold Weather Sleep System.
