Shipping and Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If the return or exchange reason is not our error you are responsible for shipping costs.

To return and Item just contact us and let us know the reason for return or exchange and we will send you an RA# and return address.

You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of our receiving your returned item.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.



International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Also note:  you are responsible for tracking your package each step of the way until you receive your item.  We are not responsible for items that are returned to us because you were not notified by your local customs and or post office.

Please note when you place an order on one of our international websites, hosted by our freight forwarder partners you will receive 2 tracking numbers, one at the time of your order starting with GLA and a domestic tracking we will post when your item ships; so you can track the package in the USA.  It is very important you track your package each step of the way to avoid your package being returned to us.

That being said make sure you mark our email address as safe

If the item or items are returned to us we will refund you for the items only we will not refund any international shipping costs or customs or duty fees you incur.
