EMILE (Pronounced EMILY) Enhanced Modular Integrated Load-carrying Equipment
The Enhanced Modular Integrated Load-carrying Equipment hereafter referred to as EMILE was designed to address the need for a well designed, built to last, reliable modular multi- climate, multi-terrain Ruck System for the US Armed forces.
First it is modular in the sense that it features the Modular PALS attaching system that is already in use with the US Armed Forces.
Second it is modular in that it features a top mounted intergraded removable Assault Ruck and two removable Sustainment pouches one of which converts to a waist pack The Main Ruck is divided and features a separate sleep system compartment which can be zipped open to make one large Ruck. A deployable skirt for additional room or caching of weapons is also part of the main Ruck. The Main Ruck also features a deployable and removable rain cover with center zipper.
Please note; This pack is a proto type designed for the US Military.

About this pack it is a used proto type so it is functional to use but has some flaws.
The Assault Pack is used as lid for the pack but is not necessary to use as the pack has an attached secondary cover Lid. Shown in the photos
The removable Assault pack is not complete as the stowable shoulder straps are not attached; only the waist belt is.
As shown in the photos there is a small tear in the shoulder harness.
The removable rain cover is not seam sealed.
